1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained and squeezed 2-14oz can of artichoke hearts 2c shredded mozzerella cheese 1 1/4c mayo 3/4 c sour cream ½ c grated parmesan cheese 3-4T green onions
○ Mix all ingredients well, put in a baking dish ○ Sprinkle a few tbl parmesan cheese ○ Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 ○ Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or crackers
