      1/4 cup butter
      1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
      1 cup onions-diced
      1/2 cup celery-diced
      2 cups chicken broth/stock
      1 pkg (10-16 oz) seasoned stuffing mix
      1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach- thawed and well drained
      3/4 sliced toasted almonds

      1. In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onions, and celery until tender.
      2.

      Toss lightly with broth, stuffing, spinach, and almonds.
      3. Either put stuffing into a 12-16 lb turkey and bake until turkey is done -OR-
      spoon stuffing mix into a prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until slightly browned.
      Makes 7 cups.
