1. In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onions, and celery until tender. 2.
Toss lightly with broth, stuffing, spinach, and almonds. 3. Either put stuffing into a 12-16 lb turkey and bake until turkey is done -OR- spoon stuffing mix into a prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until slightly browned. Makes 7 cups.
