1 lb ground beef or ground turkey 1-1/2 cup diced onions 1-(15 oz) jar tomato sauce 1-(14.5 oz) can tomatoes with green chilies 1-(15 oz) black beans drain then rinse 1-(4 oz) green chilis (diced) 3 cups hot water 2 Tbsp Wondra 2 tsp chili powder 1-1/2 tsp dried minced onion 1-1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 3/4 tsp crushed beef bullion 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder dash of onion powder 1 cup small or medium pasta shells 6-8 jalapeno slices diced. More or less depending on your taste
In large saucepan or Dutch Oven, cook beef/turkey and onions until all crumbled; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, usually about 10 mins.
**Note: I sometime use rice (1-1/2 cups) instead of pasta depending on what is on hand.
