1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 3 medium bananas-sliced 2 medium apples-cubed 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 lb seedless grapes (I use red)
1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 2. Gently toss bananas and apples with lemon juice; add grapes. 3. Divide mixture into individual bowls. Drizzle with yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.
