I think I got this one from Kraft
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. Italian Dressing
1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 can [15 oz.] tomato sauce
1 can [14 oz.] diced tomatoes, undrained
2 Tbsp.
cream cheese (I used 1/3 fat)
12 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
Increase heat to medium-high and add meat; cook, stirring frequently, until browned.
Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and set aside
Remove sauce from heat. Stir in cream cheese until well blended.
Spoon sauce over pasta. Sprinkel with parmesan cheese.
Makes 6 servings
