Here’s how to turn a spaghetti squash into pasta. This is so amazingly simple and tasty that I recommend it for anyone avoiding pasta for whatever reason!
Heat your oven to 350. Pole holes in your squash to let it vent. Bake for an hour.
Let it cool until you can touch it. Cut the squash in half long-ways and scoop out the seeds.
Now, take a fork and scrape it along the flesh of the squash, making “noodles” out of it.
That’s all there is to it! The flavor is so mild that it works perfectly as a spaghetti fill-in.
Tonight, my family is having turkey meatballs in tomato sauce over spaghetti squash “pasta”. Yummy!
