Two 8oz pkgs sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup beef broth 1 Tbs flour 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 tsp cayenne salt 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 Tbs butter, cut into pieces
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mushrooms in 2 quart pie pan. In medium bowl, combine beef broth & flour; microwave at low power until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream & cayenne; season with salt. Immediately pour sauce over mushrooms. 2.) In medium bowl, mix together breadcrums & parmesan. Sprinkle on top of mushrooms, top with butter & bake until browned, about 45 minutes.
