      Southern Peach Cobbler

      1 stick Butter
      1 cup Sugar
      1 cup Flour
      1 lg. can peaches-do not drain
      1 tsp. cinnamon
      1/4 tsp. of vanilla

      Spray casserole dish with Pam.
      Melt butter in dish.
      Mix sugar and flour together and place in dish on top of melted butter.
      Add can of peaches, (and juice), on top of mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
      Bake 30-45 min. until brown and bubbly.

      Absolutely delicious topped with ice cream.

      This looks so easy…I’ll have to buy a can of peaches…
      You say large can…is that like 20-28 oz?

      Right off the top of my head, I don’t know the oz size, but that sounds about right. 🙂
