I buy butter when it’s on sale and stock up and we store it in the freezer. The problem is that when I need a stick, it’s almost always frozen solid. I hate to microwave it because it gets melted on the outside but frozen in the middle.
Here’s a little trick that I learned this week that really works like a charm. I drink tea all day long and usually have a pot of hot water in the coffeemaker already, so this is a real timesaver for me.
