Smothered French Fries
1-lb pkg frozen French fries
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
Bake French fries as directed on package.
Meanwhile, mix sour cream, dressing and garlic until blended.
Place French fries on platter. Top with sour cream mixture, cheese, bacon and onions. Serves 6
