4 boneless chicken breasts Teriyaki sauce 2 green bell peppers, sliced 1 large onion, sliced into rings 4 slices Swiss cheese
Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for 1 hour. Grill chicken on barbecue until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from grill and place in a rectangle roasting pan. Smother chicken with a layer of bell pepper, a layer of sliced onion and top with Swiss cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese has melted and turned golden.
