4-5 large baking potatoes, washed and cubed (skin on) 1 large white onion, chopped 3 cans green beans with liquid, cut or French style Dash of salt, pepper and powdered garlic 2 lbs smoked sausage halved lengthways and sliced
In a 7 quart slow cooker, put ingredients in, in order listed. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until potatoes and onions are tender. The sausage flavors the vegetables from the top, so there is no need to stir or for heavy spices added.
A family favorite and so very easy. Just leave the lid on and start checking at the 4 hour mark.
