Thank you 😄that is correct, certain forums are moderated regardless of your status, this is to ensure that posts are not overlooked (as is the case with the tech support forum), to protect personal data, again as is the case with the tech support forum and due to certain features that combine with social media accounts such as twitter, fb and pinterest to prevent accidental posting of content that might violate tos with those accounts.
