I have two slow cookers. One for cooking meat and the other to cook potatoes.
I bought them at Walmart. My slow cookers aren’t named brand but they work just
as good. With my experience with slow cookers, you can cook meals in low (8
hours) or high (4 hours). When I’m working, I choose the 8 hour cooking, and
when I’m home, I use the 4 hour cooking. I recommend the book “Fix-It and
Forget-It, 5 ingredient favorites. Comforting Slow-Cooker Recipes” by Phyllis
Pellmen Good. It has many good recipes which my family loves. It is a life
saver. Hope it works for you.

On the subject of slow cookers does anyone have any summer recipes for crockpot.
