Slow Cooker Potato Soup

8 potatoes — pared, cut into
bite size pieces (8 to
10 )
2 onions chopped
2 tsp salt to taste
1/4 cup butter or marg
1 can evapourated milk — (13 oz)
1 carrot — sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
pepper
4 cups water — (4 to 5)Combine all ingredients except milk cook on high 4-5 hours or 10-12
hours on

I was looking for something comforting and warm for tomorrow…I will definately try this. Of course, I may throw some bacon bits in 🙂
