Slow Cooker Pork Recipe Anyone? (was: slow cookers)

I have chicken and beef recipes out the wazoo but very few for pork. One bbq, one dijon, and one (i think) with cream of mushroom soup.
any new recipes? pork is the other white meat (lol!) and i’d sure like to do it in the crockpot.
