Slow-Cooked Beef and Green Bean Stir-Fry
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs Cornstarch
1 tbs Apple Juice
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3/4 lb Flank Steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed and halved
3cups Fresh Kale, chopped
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
1 cup Beef Broth
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, juice, sugar, and pepper flakes. Add beef slices and mix well. In crockpot, combine beef, green beans, kale, and carrots, and stir to combine. Pour in beef broth, taking care not to rinse off the beef’s soy sauce coating. Cook on low for 2-4 hours or until beef is cooked through. 4-6 servings
