Single-Best Cheeseburger
1-1/2 lb ground beef
6 slices American cheese
6 lettuce leaves
6 sesame seed hamburger buns
3 tomatoes, each cut into four slices
6 kosher dill burger slices
2 tbs tomato ketchup
Heat grill to medium heat.
Shape meat into 6, 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Grill 6 to 8 min on each side or until done (160°). Top with cheese. Grill 1 min or until melted.
Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns.
Top with tomatoes, cheeseburgers, pickles and ketchup. Cover with tops of buns. Serves 6
