      Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Bake the potatoes for an hour at 400 degrees. Take out some leftovers
from the fridge and chop ’em up (I have used meat, chicken
vegetables–anything)Take the innards out of your tater, mix with chopped
leftovers, top with cheese and return to the oven until cheese is melted.
      Ta da! Dinner!

I make tons of these as Twice baked potatoes and freeze’m with various
fillings.. bacon/cheese, sour cream/chives, butter/garlic etc. You can
even toss’em on your grill straight from the freezer.

These sound positively delicious! Gonna try these soon, but am wondering how to package these if I decide
to freezer them…with topping or no…

Hmm.. good question, usually when I make ours I leave off the sour cream (unless it’s already mixed in), I don’t like how
the texture changes after it freezes. These would be really yummy tossed on the grill or campfire.

      Here’s how we do ours:

WOW!!! No, I’ve not seen that one…but I appreciate you posting the link.
Hubby loves potatoes, and they’re relatively inexpensive so I usually keep my bin rotated and full.
Guess what we’ll be experimenting with real soon… 😉
      Thanks so much for sharing!!
