Take leftover cooked chicken, or cut up chicken meat, mix in some barbeque sauce (2 lbs of chicken for the normal size barbeque sauce) put it on low stir well let it simmer all day.
Serve over pasta. Serve over cooked rice. Serve as a sandwich, such as using hamburger buns with cheese. My favorite, take a pizza crust, either homemade, frozen, or Boboli ready made, cover with barbeque chicken mix, and cheese bake until done. Can also use refrigerator biscuits and make hot barbecue chicken sandwiches.
**Note you can use any type of meat for this, we just eat a lot of chicken due to its cheap price.**
