(Serves 4)
2 Tbs sesame oil
2 cups snap peas (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 bag frozen pearl onions
1 Tbs water
2 tsp sesame seeds
salt & pepper, to taste
1.) Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add snap peas, soy sauce, onions & water & cook 3-5 minutes, or until veggies are tender & golden & water evaporates.
2.) Stir in sesame seeds & cook 1 minutes, until seeds are golden. Remove from heat & stir in salt & pepper.
