      Tuesday – Belvita banana bread breakfast cookie
      Wednesday – breakfast salad with bananas, blackberries, and raspberries
      Thursday – Chia pudding with bananas and blackberries
      Friday – chocolate peanut-pecan protein bar
      Saturday – cottage cheese and mixed berries
