let it dry up a bit

toss some newspapers on table (or do outside) knock out of pot .. brush off
as much dirt as possible

you can see the root system try to pull it apart as much as you can .. there
may be some little babies like an inch high separate by size put those tiny
ones in one pot .. then the rest of plant is divided up into sections and
replant

take some old dirt and new dirt add to pot put new section of plant in pot,
add in more dirt pack down .. water with some tea (I just brew reg tea and use
it for transplants)
