Brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onions. Drain any grease then pour beef in a large pot. Add a large can of tomato sauce, and 1 can of each- English peas, carrots, green beens, whole kernel corn, sliced potatoes (cut in 4ths) sometimes I add a can of Lima beans.

Make sure u drain all vegetables before adding. Stir together the add water. Use the tomato sauce can…

It will get the rest of the sauce out of the can. U judge the amt of water… For thicker or thinner soup.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Maybe a teaspoon of each. I usually taste to see if more is needed.

I buy Soul Seasoning from the Dollar Store and use it instead of salt and pepper. Let this cook on a medium heat for about 45 mins… Enough to let the seasoning cook into the veggies.

Stir often and taste to see if more salt is needed. I usually taste a green been to see if it is still bland. Most of the time I make this fore a large group of people.

So I use more HB meat and more veggies. If you like more potatoes or other just add more. Or u can just use vegall.

The main thing is let the seasoning cook into the veggies. Hope I didn’t leave anything out. I really don’t have a recipe I just season to taste and never measure.

      But it’s quick and easy!
