  Black construction paper
  White and colored tissue paper
  pencil
  clear tape
  scissors
  
  With pencil, draw a picture using a stencil or freehand sketch pumpkins, bats, or anything with a Halloween motif. Cut out around the drawing. Tape tissue paper to the back of your picture, overlapping colors for a more dramatic effect.
