SCALLOPED POTATOES
4 cups thinly sliced Potatoes
2/3 cup minced Onion
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 cups scalded Milk
Paprika
Arrange layer of potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole, cover with part of the onion. Sprinkle with some of the combined flour, salt and pepper. Repeat layers until all are used ending with paprika. Bake, covered 45 minutes at 375 degrees F. Serve and Enjoy!
Variation: 2 cups cooked ham strips arranged in layers between potatoes and onions.
