Sautéed Brussels Sprouts and Onions
2 tbs olive oil
1 onion, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly slivered
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the olive oil.
Add the onions and sauté for 3 min until tender.
Add the slivered Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 to 10 min, until the Brussels sprouts are wilted, or as soft as desired. Serve hot or warm. Serves 4
