      1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
      3 tbsp milk
      3 tbsp chopped pecans
      4 bananas-halved lengthwise and sliced

      1. Over medium high heat, bring maple syrup, milk, and pecans to a boil in small saucepan. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture
      thickens and reduces to about 1/3 cup.

      Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.
      Add bananas and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.
      3. Place bananas in serving dish or bowl and top with sauce.
