Sausage-Rice Wraps 6-1/2 oz (1/2 of 13-oz pkg.) turkey smoked sausage, sliced 3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked (good for camping trips, but recommend using regular rice and increase liquid if making at home) 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 6-inch flour tortillas, warmed Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high 5 min or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Stir in broth and salsa. Bring to boil. Add rice.
Stir. Cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Spoon onto tortillas. Fold in half.
