  1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  4 cups (1 lb) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  4 cups Bisquick
  
  Combine all & roll into small balls. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  
  Makes 5-6 dozen.
