Sausage and Egg Casserole
10 pieces of bread, torn
1 roll of sausage, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cup milk
11 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
3 C. Colby jack, shredded
1 tomato, diced
Spray the crockpot with cooking spray. Place the bread in the bottom. Add in the sausage and tomato. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard. Sprinkle with half the cheese. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Pour over the bread and top with remaining cheese. Cook on high for 2 ½ hours.
