I have 2 to share from The Bred Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German.
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
31/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp yeastWhite Bread
3 Tbs butter or margarine
1 egg
2 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
31/2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup non fat dry milk
2 tsp yeastJust follow your machines instructions. We love the first one. It’s a European style bread. It goes fast when ever I make it. My mainstay is the whole wheat and Honey oatmeal bread.

My mother makes the dough in the machine, takes it out and lets it rise in bread pans. She bakes it in the oven, It turns out perfect and lighter than other machine bread.
