Spanish Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 cup Spanish onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
Directions:Dry shrimp with paper towel and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Original
Blend.
Add butter to large skillet, heat to bubbling, add garlic and shrimpand saute for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add cooking oil and saute onions until tender.Add chopped tomatoes and season with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy to taste.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and heat for 1 minute.Serve over rice garnished with fresh lemon slices.
Serves: 4

Grilled Chicken with MangoIngredients:4 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade,
divided2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger
3 large garlic cloves, minced1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup Mrs. Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute
Marinade. Remove Chicken from Marinade, discarding Marinade.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add gingerand garlic; sauté for 1 minute be careful not to brown. Add mango and
cook and stir until heated through and fruit starts to soften, about
3 minutes.Remove from heat; mix in cilantro.
Heat grill and cook chicken 4 minutes per side or until cooked
through, brushing with remaining marinade during the last 2 minutesof cooking. Remove chicken from grill and top with warm mango mixture
before servings.

GuacamoleIngredients:
2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted
2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
Directions:
Mash avocado in bowl with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
Blend and lime juice.
Stir in diced tomatoes, and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour
before serving.
Serves: 10
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp.
