Salmon Salad and Arugala
1 salmon filet
¼ cup minced onion
1 medium stalk celery, minced (including leaves)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar-free pickle relish
fresh herbs, if desired
4 cups baby Arugala
Mix all ingredients together except arugala. Divide the arugala and place on four plates. Evenly place mixed ingredients on bed of arugala.
