      1-2 lbs prepped fresh or frozen asparagus
      2 tbsp evoo
      2 tbsp soy sauce or Tamari
      1 tbsp sesame oil
      black pepper-to taste
      Parmesan cheese-shredded – to taste

      1. For easy clean up-Line a sheet pan with foil.
      2. Mix oils and soy sauce in a small bowl.

      Pour onto sheet pan.
      3. Place asparagus on pan and roll around in the oil mixture; coating well and evenly.
      4. Sprinkle lightly with pepper and parmesan cheese.
      Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350.
