Roast Turkey
18-22 lb turkey
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup dry white wine
Heat oven to 275 degrees F. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Place bird in roaster bag. Add wine. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F in thickest part of breast. 20 servings = about 215 calories:occasion16:
