Roasted garlic and califlower.
Cut the tops off of whole garlic and brush with olive oil. Bake in 450 degree oven until golden brown. About 10 minutes. While this is cooking break up califlower into bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on cookie sheet for baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until soft and golden colored.
Combine roasted garlic and califlower in bowl and gently mix. Serve with melted butter or olive oil.
