      Roast Chicken with Vegetables
Bake chicken with cubed carrots and parsnips tossed with olive oil and salt. Save two cups chicken for next recipe and one cup each of veggies (optional).

      Chicken Veggie Alfredo
Cook fettuccini as directed on package to desired firmness. Mix cubed or shredded chicken, jar alfredo sauce (or make your own), leftover veggies (or if none left add two cups of desired veggie) in pot and heat thoroughly. Serve over fettucini.

I just noticed this…looks like something I want to have in a couple of weeks!
I’ll definitely be putting this on my menu. Thanks for sharing!

This is such an easy left-over dish! Every time I make it, depending on the veggies on hand, it turns into a completely different mealgiggle smiley (And I must confess that when I see the Ragu Alfredo Sauce on sale, I buy it!

I really do prefer to make my own, but sometimes it just makes sense to use a short cut and the Ragu brand — with a bit of my special touches — is pretty darn close to my homemade Alfredo!)

I’ve never tried the mix, thanks for the tip! And this sounds like a great recipe!

Enjoy my friend! I see where some of the other brands are now selling Alfredo sauce, but I think that they are over-priced…at least for me. MYO is the best, healthiest way to go, but as I said, I keep the Ragu jar in the cupboard if time and money are short.

It’s worth a buck a jar, especially if you add your own special touch;-D
