Italian Noodle Medley
1/2 pkg egg noodles, cooked (or leftover noodles)
1 26-oz jar spaghetti sauce (or an equal amount of leftover sauce)
2 cups chopped chicken
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 Parmesan
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook pasta according to pachage directions. Meanwhile, in medium surcepan, heat spaghetti sauce and chicken until warm.
In 2-quart casserole, spoon enough sauce to cover bottom. Layer with one-half pasta, 1 1/2 cups sauce and 1 cup mozarella cheese. Repeat with remaining pasta, sauce and mozzarella.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
