23 Ritz crackers 1 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon McCormick’s vanilla extract 3 egg whites 1 cup chopped pecans Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar and vanilla extract. Crush your Ritz crackers very fine and fold them into the egg whites; add pecans. Put into greased pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with the following whipped together: 1/2 pint whipped cream, 3 tablespoons of Nestle’s instant cocoa, and sugar to taste. Put pie into ice box. Remember only 23 crackers – “cause one more cracker and you will ruin the hole pie”.
