      5 cups milk
      1 tsp ground cinnamon
      1 cinnamon stick
      1 orange peel
      1 lemon peel
      1/2 cup medium long-grain rice
      1 tsp vanilla extract
      1 cup sugar

      In large saucepan, combine milk, cinnamon, cinnamon stick, orange peel & lemon peel. Bring to boil. Remove from heat for 1 minute, and then add rice & vanilla extract.

      Return to boil, stir once, reduce heat, & boil gently for 20-25 minutes or until rice is done. Remove from heat. Discard peel & cinnamon stick & gently stir in sugar.
