2 cups 1/2 inch slices Rhubarb 1 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup unsweetened Pineapple Juice 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Few drops red food coloring (optional) 2 cups Ginger Ale
Combine rhubarb, sugar and water; cook until rhubarb is tender. Strain the juice and discard the pieces. Add the other fruit juices to the rhubarb juice. Tint with coloring if desired. Chill. Add ginger ale at the last minute; serve cold or over ice.
