      (Better Homes & Gardens Recipe)

      (I don’t like corned beef, but I figured that just because I don’t like it doesn’t mean that nobody likes it. So, for those of you who like Reuben Sandwiches, here’s a recipe for you…)

      1 lb cooked corned beef, finely chopped
      1 (16oz) can sauerkraut, rinsed, drained & snipped
      1 cup bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
      1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese (6oz)
      1 (3oz) pkg cream chees, cut up
      1 Tbs prepared horseradish
      1 tsp caraway seeds
      Toasted cocktail rye bread slices or rye crackers

      1.) In crockpot, combine everything but bread.
      2.) Cover & cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
      3.) Stir just before serving & keep warm on low heat for up to 2 hrs.
