Most of my problem is just running out of steam. I get tired long before I get through a list and since it takes me to so many different parts of walmart I buy extra.
I could very easily take only cash with me. It would take some doing because I put all my cash in the bank and only spend with my debit card. I do that so that I can go back and really track my spending.
BUT, I can see why it would be good to do it the other way.
