I searched around the site but couldn’t find one. I’d really like a printable grocery list that I can print out and stick to the refrigerator.

so whihc one do you use…..what do you find easier…filling one out or having one u just check off? trying to figure itout for myself….i have a peice of paper i put on fridge that we write things on then i go back in and fine tune it with exacts and coupons and sales……works so far….
