Broccoli and Cranberry Salad
2 Cup Broccoli
1/2 Cup Red Onion
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Bacon TVP
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds, Cashews or Almonds
3/4 Cup Dried Sweetened Cranberries
Dressing:
1 Cup Salad Dressing or Mayo
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Combine salad ingredients in large mixing bowl; Mix well.
Blend dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix dressing with salad mixing. Mix well.
4Refrigerate for one hour to allow flavors to combine.
