A great special occaison treat. Good for a birthday breakfast.
Prepare your usual pancake batter or batter mix. Stir in chocolate chips. When pancakes are done, smear with peanut butter.
It will get all gooy and melty on the pancakes! Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top -

This sounds like a good idea. I have tried this with peanut butter chocolate chips, it was really good!
