This is amazing: Red the Steakhouse’s Creamed Corn 1 tsp butter 4 cups fresh corn kernels 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbs parmesan cheese, grated 1 tbs chopped fresh basil Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add corn. Cook 6 min, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream.
Cook and stir 3 min or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and basil. Serves 8
