“Red Lobster” Cheddar Biscuits
2 cups Homemade Quick Mix/Copycat Bisquick
3/4 cup low fat buttermilk (1% fat)
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Fat-Free Butter Spread, melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes, crushed fine
Combine mix & parsley and mix well. Add cheese and milk, mixing well. Plop them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix “butter’ and garlic powder in a small bowl, brush the top of each biscuit with the mix.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
