My daughter’s favorite way to eat carrots.
1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup red hots, stir on med heat till red hots melt into the butter
Steam baby carrots or julienne carrots till tender but not mushy….drain liquid, pour melted redhots with butter over the carrots, put in covered bowl for a few minutes to allow the glaze to seep into the carrots.
